Last updated: July 10th, 2026

The PMM Co. ("The PMM Co.," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, engage our fractional product marketing services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:

a. Personal Information You Provide

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing information. When you schedule a meeting through our booking tool, we collect your name, email address, and any additional information you provide during the scheduling process.

This data is processed on the basis of the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Art. 31(2)(a) FADP), or, where no contract yet exists, our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and managing our client relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31(1) FADP).

b. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically collects and stores information in "Server Log Files" that your browser transmits to us. This includes:

  • IP address (anonymized/masked)
  • Date and time of request
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the page you visited before coming to our site)

This data is processed based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31(1) FADP) in ensuring the stability and security of our website.

c. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses only essential cookies for security and performance. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not rely on invasive tracking. As a result, a cookie consent banner is not required under applicable EU and Swiss regulations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
  • Secure our website against cyber threats (via Cloudflare)
  • Communicate with you and respond to inquiries
  • Process payments via Creem.io and manage contracts
  • Schedule and manage meetings via Meetergo
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We rely on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Art. 31(2)(a) FADP) to provide our Services, process payments, and schedule meetings; our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31(1) FADP) to secure our website and communicate with prospective clients; and compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR / Art. 31(2)(c) FADP) where we must retain records for tax, accounting, or other regulatory purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with trusted service providers:

  • Cloudflare: For web hosting, content delivery (CDN), and security services
  • Creem.io: To act as a merchant of record for secure billing and invoicing
  • Meetergo: For calendar scheduling and meeting bookings. When you book a meeting, Meetergo processes your name, email, and scheduling data. This data is retained for as long as our client relationship with you continues, and deleted or anonymized thereafter in line with the retention periods described in Section 4a below. All data stored and processed in Europe, 100% GDPR compliant. For more information, see meetergo's security page.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures, including SSL encryption and Cloudflare's security suite, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over internet is 100% secure.

4a. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Contact, billing, and scheduling data (including Meetergo meeting data) is kept for the duration of our client relationship with you. After that relationship ends, we delete or anonymize this data, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer, such as statutory bookkeeping and tax retention periods applicable to billing and invoicing records under Swiss and EU law. Server log files are retained for a limited period necessary for security monitoring before being automatically deleted.

5. International Data Transfers

We are based in Zurich, Switzerland. Your information may be processed in Switzerland, EU, or other countries where our service providers (like Cloudflare) maintain servers. We rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to ensure your data remains protected.

6. Your Privacy Rights

If you are located in Switzerland or the EU, you have rights under FADP and GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email below.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you are located in the EU, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your EU member state of residence.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are directed at businesses and professionals and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will indicate any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example by email or a notice on our website.
